Jennifer is the author of both Chess Bitch: Women in the Intellectual Sport, and Play Like a Girl: Tactics by 9 Queens, both of which aimed to attract for women into chess. She is currently the Women’s Program Director at US Chess, where she inspires more women and girls into the game, as an ambassador, host and fundraiser. In long-form interviews in the May 2019 Women’s themed Chess Lifeand Chess Life Kids, Jennifer explained how her passion for chess drove her to a commitment to female empowerment over the board.
